Wednesday July 15th Neighborhood Land Use Meeting

The Central Area Land Use Committee invites our neighborhood to join them in this meeting with the developers of this project. They note:

 the project at 203 24th Ave E being developed by Ewing & Clark - designed by Skidmore/Janette Architecture. This particular project is small enough to go through Administrative Design Review (no public Early Design Guidance or Design Review Board meetings) but given that it will create 35 +/- new units, we felt it made sense to engage the developer in a community conversation. Above is the flyer we've distributed to the surrounding neighbors as well as a link to the City's project documents.
