Thanks for updating the headline - the new one seems more representative of what's being proposed. You can see a rendering of the proposed design at http://www.bazanarchitects.com/portfolio/multi-family-community/ (scroll down to "18th Ave East Apartments, Seattle, WA"). The scale seems pretty consistent with the brick building across 18th, though personally I find the style a bit... suburban and sterile.
